My counseling approach
With over 30 years of experience and a certification in Anthroposophical Psychology, I strive to develop an empathic relationship to help you become an “observer” that understands and transforms old patterns and, most importantly, learns new and positive ways of dealing with problems that we all encounter at one point or another and that may interfere with being in charge of your life. I view each individual holistically – Body, Soul, and Spirit – and attempt to become an instrument that helps you access your inherent wisdom towards a Self-directed integration of the three soul realms: thinking, feeling and willing.
Types of therapy include, Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, (DBT), Trauma-focused, EMDR, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Biographical work, Somatic, Transpersonal, Humanistic, and more.
