My counseling approach
Mark Twain famously asked: "What are the two most important days of your life?"
His answer: "The day you are born and the day you find out why."
For me,the therapeutic process provides first a mirror to reflect our own sometimes hidden selves, and a light to gain unique insight into who we are and what we are here to do in this world. I help people to draw from their non-ordinary states of consciousness to access their deepest potential. I work with adults, youth and families.
Serious personal or family problems, or crises, usually mean there is a turning point. My job is to help individuals and families to discover how to transform these turning points into positive change.
My specialty is to listen, and reflect, in a safe and supportive setting. I work with people from all walks of life, including families, and children.
