My counseling approach
We are all made up of Body, Soul, Spirit. Each of these requires care and attention to be healthfully integrated. With non-judgment and compassion, we explore your life story, with new perspectives that give deep and reverent meaning to your journey. Sufferings are explored for the gems they can reveal and you are supported in discovering a wise "owner's manual" for what it means to be truly human, to be truly your Self.
