My counseling approach
My counseling approach comes from forty five years of guiding and mentoring others to become more conscious of their embodiment, and beyond embodiment. I am also a Feldenkrais Trainer and on the faculty of the Embodied Life School.
Through nurturing the relationship of our physical body, with our thinking, and feeling, we begin to see a new clarity for our actions in the world. This activates our inner development.
We meet ourselves through the heart of deep listening, and through practices that strengthen our ability to
reconnect with the source of life.
